Cook authentic Neapolitan pizza in a mere 60 seconds at home. Alfa's R&D team studied the cooking chamber's proportions and fluid flows, protected by the Alfa Flue System™ patent, to minimize heat loss and keep as much heat as possible inside the high-density fire bricks for even cooking. You can customize your kitchen setup with the Brio. It comes in a top version that can be placed on an existing garden surface, mounted on its dedicated base, or installed on the Alfa multifunction table.

Using Your Alfa Brio Pizza Oven: First, make sure the oven is properly installed according to the setup option you choose - whether it's on an existing surface, dedicated base, or multifunction table. Connect the recommended LPG gas (G30/G31). Once connected, turn on the gas and ignite the oven. Thanks to its fast - heating feature, you'll be ready to cook your first pizza in about 30 minutes. When cooking, place your pizza or bread inside the oven. You can cook 2 - 3 pizzas or 4.4 - 6.6 lbs of bread at a time. The oven can reach over 1000°F, allowing you to cook Neapolitan pizza in just 60 seconds. After use, turn off the gas supply. Let the oven cool down completely before cleaning. Maintenance Tips: Regularly check the insulation to ensure it's in good condition. You can use a soft brush to clean the interior of the oven. If you plan to use natural gas, use the included conversion parts. Remember, this oven is made in Italy, so follow the instructions carefully for the best results and a long - lasting performance.
