The Blodgett SHO-100-E double deck electric convection oven is a powerhouse for any foodservice business. Its durable iron frame and stainless steel top ensure it can withstand the busiest kitchens. Each deck comes with 5 chrome-plated racks that can be arranged in 11 positions, and can hold 5 standard 18' x 26' baking pans. The double deck design doubles your productivity in the same space as a single unit. With 6' adjustable stainless steel legs, it offers flexibility in placement. The temperature ranges from 200°F to 500°F, controlled by an electromechanical thermostat. Each deck has a 1/2 hp blower motor with thermal overload protection and a control area cooling fan for safety. The stainless steel doors have chrome-plated handles for a comfortable grip and are securely attached with triple-mounted door hinge pins. The interior lighting provides great visibility. This oven is NSF, ETL certified, made in America, and an Energy Star partner, offering high energy efficiency. It comes with bare wire and must be hardwired. Specifications include a width of 38 1/4 inches, depth of 36 7/8 inches, and height of 70 inches.
