It has a strong iron frame and a stainless - steel top, making it perfect for busy foodservice businesses. A powerful two - speed fan and 1/2 hp blower motor circulate hot air inside, boosting productivity and saving energy. You can serve your hungry customers faster! The stainless - steel doors have chrome - plated handles for a comfortable grip and are securely attached with triple - mounted door hinge pins. Inside, five chrome - plated racks can be arranged in 11 positions, and the oven can hold up to five 18” x 26” standard full - size baking pans. Each deck has interior lighting and three tubular heaters controlled by an electromechanical thermostat with a 200°F - 500°F temperature range. The blower motor has an automated thermal overload protection and a control area cooling fan for safety. This oven is NSF Certified, Made in America, ETL Certified, and an Energy Star Partner. It comes with bare wire and needs to be hard - wired.

Plug it into a 220/240V, single - phase power source. Then, adjust the legs to make the oven level. You can set the temperature between 200°F and 500°F using the electromechanical thermostat. Place your food on the chrome - plated racks, which can be arranged in 11 different positions. The powerful fan will circulate the hot air, cooking your food evenly. When you're done, let the oven cool down. Clean the porcelainized interior regularly with a mild cleaner for easy maintenance.
