Using your Blodgett SHO-100-G convection oven is easy. First, make sure it's properly connected to the liquid propane supply. Adjust the four 25' adjustable legs to level the oven. Then, set the temperature using the electromechanical thermostat within the 200°F - 500°F range. Place your baking pans on the chrome-plated racks, which can be configured in 11 different positions. Turn on the oven and let the powerful two-speed fan and 1/2 hp blower motor circulate the hot air for even cooking. For safety, remember that the blower motor has automated thermal overload protection. Don't touch the oven when it's in use to avoid burns. When you're done cooking, turn off the oven and let it cool down. The porcelainized interior makes cleaning simple; just wipe it down with a damp cloth. Regularly check the gas connection to ensure it's secure. Also, keep the control area cooling fan clean to maintain good performance. This oven is NSF and ETL certified, which means it meets high safety and quality standards. Enjoy cooking with your Blodgett oven!
