Open the anti - noise lid and place the food you want to process into the 30 - liter stainless - steel bowl. You can choose from two different speeds for both the knife and the bowl, depending on what you're processing. For example, use a slower speed for larger chunks and a faster one for fine chopping. When you're done, unplug the machine. To clean it, remove the detachable three - blade knife and wash it carefully. Wipe down the stainless - steel bowl and the rest of the machine with a damp cloth.
