Using your Peugeot Paris 41199 4.75-inch U'Select Wood Pepper Mill is easy. First, open the top of the mill and fill it with your favorite peppercorns. You can choose from black, white, green, red pepper, or pink peppercorns. Then, adjust the coarseness level according to your preference using the U'Select system. Just turn the top part of the mill to set it to one of the 6 levels. When you're ready to grind, simply hold the mill comfortably in your hand and start turning. For best results, give it a few turns at a steady pace. As for maintenance, keep it in a dry place. You can wipe the wood body with a soft, dry cloth every now and then to keep it looking nice.
