Each compartment has a two-speed fan and a 1/2 hp blower motor that circulates heated air evenly, increasing productivity and saving energy. You can serve your hungry customers faster! The stainless steel doors have chrome-plated handles for a comfortable grip and are securely attached to the frame with triple-mounted hinge pins. Inside, there are five chrome-plated racks that can be adjusted into 11 positions and can hold up to five 18” x 26” standard full-size baking pans per compartment. Each deck has interior lighting for clear visibility and is controlled by an electromechanical thermostat with a temperature range of 200°F - 500°F. The blower motor has an automated thermal overload protection and a control area cooling fan for safety.

Using the Blodgett SHO-100-E Double Deck Electric Convection Oven is a breeze. First, make sure it's properly hardwired as it comes with bare wire. Then, adjust the 6' stainless steel legs to level the oven. Set the temperature between 200°F and 500°F using the electromechanical thermostat according to your recipe. Place your 18' x 26' baking pans on the chrome-plated racks, which can be arranged in 11 different positions. The two-speed fan and 1/2 hp blower motor will circulate the hot air for even cooking. When you're done, let the oven cool down before cleaning. Use a mild detergent and a soft cloth to clean the interior and exterior. Regularly check the thermal overload protection of the blower motor and the control area cooling fan for safety.
