The stainless - steel doors with chrome - plated handles are securely attached with triple - mounted hinge pins. Inside, five chrome - plated racks can be arranged in 11 positions, and it can hold up to five 18” x 26” standard full - size baking pans. Each deck has interior lighting for clear visibility and three tubular heaters controlled by an electromechanical thermostat with a 200°F - 500°F temperature range. The blower motor has automated thermal overload protection and a control area cooling fan for safety.

This oven is NSF certified for food safety, made in America, ETL certified for safety standards, an Energy Star partner for high energy efficiency, and comes with bare wire for hardwiring.
