The Blodgett SHO - 100 - G is a top - notch double deck natural gas convection oven. It features a robust and long - lasting iron frame and a stainless steel top, making it perfect for high - volume foodservice businesses. Each deck comes with five chrome - plated racks that can be arranged in 11 different positions and can hold up to five 18” x 26” standard full - size baking pans. The double - deck design doubles productivity in the space of a single unit. It has 6' adjustable stainless steel legs for easy setup. The temperature can be set anywhere from 200°F to 500°F, controlled by an electromechanical thermostat. Each deck is equipped with a 1/2 hp blower motor with thermal overload protection and a two - speed fan to circulate hot air efficiently, reducing energy use and getting your food to customers faster. The stainless steel doors have chrome - plated handles for a comfortable grip and are securely attached with triple - mounted door hinge pins. The oven also has interior lighting for maximum visibility and three tubular heaters per deck. It has a total power output of 100,000 BTU/hr (29.2 kW) and uses a natural gas connection. Using the Blodgett SHO - 100 - G oven is easy. First, make sure it's properly connected to a natural gas supply using the 3/4 - inch gas connection. Adjust the 6' stainless steel legs to level the oven. Set the temperature on the electromechanical thermostat according to your recipe, with a range from 200°F to 500°F. Place your 18” x 26” baking pans on the chrome - plated racks inside the oven. The two - speed fan and blower motor will circulate the hot air for even cooking. When you're done cooking, turn off the oven and let it cool down. For safety, the blower motor has thermal overload protection.
