The APL-RMB/SMB 600 Series is a low-profile, high-production charbroiler on legs. It's perfect for space-saving installation on work tables, counters, or properly insulated refrigerated/freezer bases. Key features include a free-floating ½” (1.3 cm) steel top grid that expands and contracts without warping. The E-Z Tilt top grid drains grease into the front trough. There's a round top grid with standard spacing and a quick-lift handle. It has a convertible radiant design to coal style. The fully insulated double-walled outer cabinet is made of stainless steel on all four sides. Suspended crumb trays and a grease box with handles are included. There's a 6” (15.2 cm) stainless service shelf and a towel bar for utensil storage. The runner tube pilot system and individual front burner controls ensure precise regulation. All stainless steel burners offer long life. It has a single ¾” gas connection, and the burners are 15 Kbtu. 4” adjustable legs are installed. This charbroiler is NSF, CE, CSA Design, and CSA Blue Flame Certified, meeting high standards for food safety, health, safety, and environmental requirements. It uses natural gas with a 3/4 inches gas inlet and has a total BTU of 105,000 BTU.
