Powered by energy - efficient wood pellets, it imparts an authentic wood - fired flavor to your pizzas. You can start cooking in just 10 minutes as it quickly reaches temperatures up to 932°F (500°C). In a mere 60 seconds, it can cook delicious Neapolitan - style pizzas. With its classic, patented design, it combines style and functionality. It's a game - changer in outdoor cooking, heating much hotter than domestic ovens at a great price.




Using the Ooni 3 is a breeze. First, make sure you have enough wood pellets. Open the oven, place the wood pellet burner inside, and fill it with pellets. Close the door and light the pellets. Wait about 10 minutes for the oven to reach its maximum temperature of 932°F (500°C). Once it's hot, you can start sliding your Neapolitan - style pizza onto the stone baking board. Keep an eye on it, and in about 60 seconds, your pizza will be ready. When you're done cooking, let the oven cool down completely before handling. For maintenance, clean the stone baking board regularly with a soft brush. Wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Remember, this oven is not compatible with natural gas, so always use the recommended wood pellets or the compatible propane tanks. And be careful when moving it as it can be heavy, especially when boxed.
