Wait about 10 minutes for the oven to reach its maximum temperature of 932°F (500°C). Once it's hot, you can start sliding your Neapolitan - style pizza onto the stone baking board. Keep an eye on it, and in about 60 seconds, your pizza will be ready. When you're done cooking, let the oven cool down completely before handling. For maintenance, clean the stone baking board regularly with a soft brush. Wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Remember, this oven is not compatible with natural gas, so always use the recommended wood pellets or the compatible propane tanks.
