Then, set your desired temperature on the large, back - lit LCD. The machine will heat the water and keep it at a stable temperature. You can adjust the pump speed using the adjustable slide to control the water circulation. When you're done cooking, turn off the machine and unplug it. Be careful when handling it as the heating coil can get hot. For maintenance, make sure to clean the heating coil and pump regularly. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.
