The New Air NIF-41-DC is a 41-inch ice cream dipping cabinet featuring a canopy or sneeze guard. It has a storage capacity of 8.4 cubic feet, perfect for storing 6 tubs of ice cream. The sliding glass doors on top make it easy to use and view the products. This ice cream cabinet is equipped with anti-condensation and frosting technologies. The temperature is adjustable, and it uses R290 refrigerant. It's an excellent front-of-house merchandiser that can keep your products at an ideal temperature.
Using the New Air NIF - 41 - DC ice cream dipping cabinet is easy. First, plug it into a 120V/1 Phase power source. You can adjust the temperature between 0 - 12 degrees Celsius according to your needs. Slide open the glass doors to access the ice cream tubs stored inside. The three baskets provided can be used to organize smaller items. When it comes to maintenance, keep the cabinet clean by wiping it regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Make sure the front and rear casters are in good condition for easy movement. Also, check the compressor (Embraco) periodically for any signs of malfunction. Avoid overloading the cabinet beyond its 8.4 cubic feet capacity. And always ensure proper ventilation around the unit to maintain its efficiency.
