The New Air NIF-50-DC is a 50-inch ice cream dipping cabinet featuring a canopy. It can hold 8 tubs of ice cream with a storage capacity of 8.4 cubic feet. The sliding glass doors on top make it easy to use and view the products. This cabinet is equipped with anti-condensation and frosting technologies, and the temperature is adjustable. It uses R290 refrigerant. Ideal for front-of-house merchandising, it keeps your products at the perfect temperature.
Using your New Air NIF - 50 - DC ice cream dipping cabinet is a breeze. First, make sure it's plugged into a 115V/1 Phase power source. Adjust the temperature between 0 - 12 degrees Celsius according to your needs. Slide open the glass doors to access and view the ice cream tubs stored inside. You can place the ice cream tubs in the included four baskets for better organization. When moving the cabinet, use the front and rear casters. For maintenance, keep the cabinet clean. Wipe the sliding glass doors regularly to maintain clear visibility. Check the compressor (Embraco) periodically for any signs of trouble. If you notice any excessive condensation or frosting, it might be time to check the anti - condensation technology. Also, be careful when handling the cabinet as it weighs 169 Lbs.
