Using this meat grinder plate is easy. First, make sure your #12 meat grinder is clean and ready. Then, fit the plate into the grinder using the single notch for a secure connection. Put the meat you want to grind into the hopper and start the grinder. You'll get a nice, coarse grind. When you're done, turn off the grinder and unplug it. For cleaning, remove the plate and wash it with warm, soapy water. Use a brush to get into the holes. Dry it thoroughly to prevent rust. Store it in a dry place.
