This gas combi oven can hold up to 6 double-sized 18" x 26" sheet pans or 12 standard 12" x 20" pans, allowing you to cook up to 132 pounds of food at once. Combining the functions of a convection oven and a pan steamer, it offers multiple cooking methods in one unit, saving you valuable kitchen space while maintaining cooking versatility.

Excellent Cooking Results

The C4eT 6.20 GS is powered by natural gas or liquid propane and generates steam by injecting or spritzing water into the cooking chamber. It features Convotherm's Advanced Closed System + (ACS+), which ensures ideal steam saturation, automatic humidity adjustment in combi-steam mode, and fast and even heat transfer during convection cooking. Even when fully loaded, it maintains a consistent cooking environment.

In addition to the three main operating modes, it has extra cooking functions:

Using Your Convotherm C4eT 6.20 GS Combi Oven: First, make sure your oven is properly connected to the gas (either natural gas or liquid propane) and water sources. The gas connection is 1/2 inch and the water connection is 3/4 inch. You'll need to hardwire it as it comes with bare wire. Turn on the oven using the easyTouch 9 - inch touchscreen. You can select from the different cooking modes like steam, combi - steam, or convection. There are also extra functions like Crisp&Tasty, BakePro, HumidityPro, and adjustable fan speeds. Choose the appropriate setting based on what you're cooking. For example, if you're making pastries, use a lower fan speed. You can save your favorite cooking settings as profiles. Just go to the relevant section on the touchscreen and follow the prompts. There are 399 different profile slots available. You can also update the oven's software and upload/download data via the USB port on the control panel. When it comes to cleaning, use the ConvoClean+ system. You have different cleaning modes to choose from, like regular, eco, or express. Also, select the appropriate cleaning level according to how dirty the oven is. Maintenance Tips: Check the gas and water connections regularly for any leaks. Keep the touchscreen clean with a soft, dry cloth.
