Combi ovens combine the functions of a convection oven and a pan steamer, offering multiple cooking methods. With so many functions in one unit, you can save kitchen space while still having great versatility in your cooking. The C4eD 10.10 EB is electrically powered and has a high-performance boiler system outside the cooking chamber. It features Convotherm’s Advanced Closed System + (ACS+), which ensures ideal steam saturation, automatic humidity adjustment in combi-steam mode, and fast, even heat transfer during convection cooking. Even when fully loaded, it maintains a consistent cooking environment.

In addition to the three main operating modes, this combi oven has extra cooking functions. The Crisp&Tasty feature with 5 moisture-removal settings makes food tender inside and crispy outside. The BakePro has 5 programmable stages for traditional baking, allowing you to control moisture and resting times. The HumidityPro gives you 5 humidity settings in combi-steam mode. The adjustable fan with 5 speed settings is great for cooking delicate puff pastries.

The easyDial interface makes manual operation a breeze. All functions are visible, so you can quickly find your desired setting and start cooking. It has a bright digital display and a central dial for easy adjustments. You can also program and store up to 99 different cooking profiles. You can choose from different cooking modes like steam, combi-steam, and convection. Use the easyDial interface with the digital display and C-Dial to select your desired settings. You can program and store up to 99 cooking profiles for your favorite dishes. When loading the oven, place your food on the standard 12” x 20” pans and use the 11 slide rails to arrange them as you like. For best results, adjust the humidity and moisture-removal settings according to the type of food you're cooking. You can also control the fan speed for different cooking needs. After cooking, use the ConvoClean automatic cleaning system. There are four cleaning levels, so choose the one that suits the level of soiling. Just add the cleaning fluid to the automatic dispenser. As for maintenance, regularly check the water connection and make sure it's not blocked. Keep the oven clean by wiping the interior and exterior surfaces.
